About the Journal

IJCIOES : Innovative Journal of Intelligent Control and Optimization for Electrical Systems is an international peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the exchange of high-quality research results in all aspects of intelligent control and electrical systems. The journal publishes state-of-the-art papers on fundamental theory, experiments, simulation, and applications that present a systematic proposed method, a sufficient review of previous work, an expanded discussion, and a concise conclusion. As part of our commitment to the advancement of science and technology, IJCIOES follows an open access policy: all published articles are freely available online without any subscription. Submitted papers must be written in English and are first screened by the editors, then reviewed by at least two international reviewers.
